Master Bond has been working hard to develop new UV curable adhesives for medical device manufacturing. UV10Med and UV10TKMed are both USP Class VI approved. UV10TKMed also meets ISO 10993-5 requirements for cytotoxicity.

UV10Med
- Viscosity of 250 cps
- Temperature range of -60°F to +250°F
- Tg of 65-70°C
- Typically for disposable devices
UV1TK0Med
- Viscosity of 35,000 to 40,000 cps
- Temperature range of -60°F to +450°F
- Tg >140°C
- Typically for reusable devices
Both compounds resist repeated cycles of sterilization:
- EtO
- Chemical sterilants
- Radiation
